yes

bro splits only work on gear

Bro splits suck because it doesn't have enough volume or intensity to last through the week, just segregate your days by exercise
Monday: Bench press
Tuesday: Deadlift
Wednesday: Squat
Thursday: Bench press
Friday: Deadlift
Saturday: Squat

You literally just rewrote doing PPLPPL

PROBLEM NIGGER?

Bro splits work fine even natty if you progressively overload. But progress is slower. I'd do U/L/P/P/L if you wanna train 5x a week, personally. You'll hit every muscle twice a week that way

if you try to incorporate too much intensity or volume for 1day/week it'll overburden that one muscle and delay progress

Good thing it'll have a whole week to recover, which is more than enough time. The failing of bro splits imo is shit frequency meaning slower progression.

Read my post nigger. if you try and compensate for lack of frequency you're ngmi

Rather than seeking the approval of random strangers on the internet (many of whom probably don't even lift and are just regurgitating opinions they've read/heard elsewhere), why don't you just try it for a set period of time and see how you get on? If you're serious about lifting, then presumably you're going to be doing it until the day you die. So taking 3-6 months to try out a new routine and see how your body responds to it really isn't a big deal, even if it turns out you make mildly less gains than you would of on routine X. But in truth, I doubt you will even notice any difference in gains - effort, progression and consistency are far more important factors than the "optimal split".

Push / Pull / Legs is the superior schedule. I'm getting strong as fuck and have only been back in the gym for 2 months

6' 190 lbs

Bench @ 185 3x8
Squat @ 220 3x8
OHP @ 120 3x8

if you're natty, you will be doing full body for the rest of your life
splits only works for roidtrannies

If anything Pull/Push/Legs/x or Legs/Push/Pull/x is the superior version. Let your back recover a day between diddlies and squats.

>if you're natty, you will be doing full body for the rest of your life
You dang well know i am natty

Yeah, why not. Don't listen to retards telling you this and that, just try it out for a couple months. If you like it, great, if you don't, than switch back to full body.

why would you do deadlift the day before squat. that sounds like a recipe for a shitty squat sesh.

I do front squats so it's less strain on my back
