After you graduate high school or university, you no longer want to do leddit PPLs for 12 hours a week and get zero gains from it as shown by the eternal 155lb "aesthetics" crew fag. If you can get huge by just getting your press/squat/pull up high then that should be first priority. No more of these fucking "what if I did 10x10 bicep curls every day!!!"

this is literally me...i limited my training to 3 days a week, ABA/BAB, i do dl/bench/row/hammer curls on A and squat/cg bench/upright row focusing on heavy quality reps and ive been making some of the best gains of my life in recent months (and ive been lifting for a while, closing in on 4 plate bench)...i do neck work, some gripper, and pullups/band face pulls on the off days bu mainly it's been going balls to the wall one the few key lifts while at the gym.

same, ive made the best gains on full body, 3 times a week. its simple and flexible, which is why its so easy to make it interresting

Peak natural weight is determined by height. You can't possibly expect a man who's 5'7 to weight more than 160lbs without being fat. Weight is not a good measure of muscular development.
Is his novice program good?
alphadestiny is 5'5 and looks like this at 175. On the fluffier side but i would never consider this fat.
