Cut. I was going to say mean stuff but momma taught me not to. But cut. Skinny fat dyel

even if i have no discernible muscle? any routine? i always see fit fight between brosplits vs full body workouts and they cant name a hypertrophy routine to save their own lives.

say it unless youre lgbtq

Take some deep breaths.

Give yourself 6 months and re evaluate from here. Do the following:

If you are working and can't take a break, eat at deficit. If you can take a break, do it and prepare to fast for 3-4 days, do 5 if you can. The day after eat soft and watery, then resume.

In this time, be serious and see tutorials. I suggest saturnomovement and fitnessfaqs on yt.

Start with daily stretching, mobility, and basic moves like push ups and planks. Don't overdo it, focus on setting the habit for the first month. Make sure you do some of them everyday. Try doing one more than the day before.

Learn how to train any exercise. Can't do pullups? jump from terrain and do negatives.

If you want, read a book called convict conditioning that will help you a lot.

Tyler body is not gymrat but calisthenic mostly, so you may want to go that route completely. I have a very similar body and i do nothing but pushups, yoga, pullups, planks, backlevers etc (dont try this last one before 6 months)

Good luck

eh, wouldnt a proper gym routine get me there faster than calisthenics?

relax your shoulders for fuck sake

Disregard the faggot above.
You need to bulk to gain muscle, why would you cut? Do you really think that if you lost fat youd look like Tyler?
You know he has much more muscle than you,you dont have any.
You should have bulked this winter.

yeah this is what i thought too, any routines u recommend sir that would help me in my goal body?

Pick a routine and EAT, SLEEP and FUCKING follow the ROUTINE

You fags over complicate EVERYTHING. Worrying about your 10 pounds of excess bodyfat.

Just fucking LIFT

Hey dude you look younger! I think you have some potential

I look like that but maybe with larger muscles.
Tips to archieve this look:
- 1.6g/kg protein + 20 extra grams because why not.
- I eat around 1500/2500 calories a day including the protein shakes.
- Lots of beer, if you're not prone to alcoholism and isn't already fat.
- 25kg (55lbs) weighted vest pushups, 120 a day (work up to it slowly, takes a while).
- 60 dumbbell curls on each arm, 15kg (33lbs).
- work out 4, preferably 5 times a week.
- Do this for months/years.

Thank me later.

Any pics?

Just do Stronglifts, they have an app and add whatever accessoires you think are fun.
Hardest part is eating enough, ground beef, carbs and milk are your friends
For posture, you can try deadlifts or see if your gym has a machine for the lower back

I want to clarify the calorie intake:
It really depends on your own body how much you need. I eat around maintenance, more often below that, and then on some days pump it up above maintenance to keep myself well balanced. Takes some time to perfect this.
The most important part is to always take your protein and do your workouts.

I have some old ones, can't take any new one as of now.

+1 to the beer
Helped me bulk and ive found no downsides with 5 beers each eve (1000cals)

thanks, some bitch at the club this past weekend wouldnt believe i was 36 no matter how many times I told her, but I had plastic surgery, nose job and chin implant so i cheated

whats the rutine, also advice on foods? i dont like cooking so stay alive by ordering food

>whats the rutine, also advice on foods?
I work out 5 days a week, usually 4 these days.
>25kg (55lbs) weighted vest pushups, 120 a day
>60 dumbbell curls on each arm, 15kg (33lbs)
I also do 200 squats before each workout as a warmup and 300 crunches before sleep, if i have the time.

Food really depends on your body type, for me I just try to hit the calorie intake I need. I eat microwaved foods, sometimes cooked ones, and lots and lots of gainers.

Cut to uncomfortable levels of lean-ness and lift religously. I did it but only breifly and am now a fat fuck again.

Calorie count using myfitnesspal and eat no more than 2000kcals per day.

Also you would be surprised what kind of lifting numbers you need to support such a small amount of muscle

my stats were around :

>110kg squat x 5
>65kg ohp x 5
>140kg deadlift x 5
>90-100kg bench x 5

wait, is that all the routine you do? pushups, the dumbbell curls, the squats and crunches, thats it? oh wow.

Also, eat nothing but tupperware meals and 'clean' food. Aim for 120g of protein per day

Run every day you arent lifting and use the calories burned running to earn you extra food.

for example, if you do a 5k run and burn 500 kcals, you can now eat 2500kcals instead of 2000.

damn, you had a nice ottermode body. mirin. how was your butt?

Well, weighted pushups are much different from regular ones. Also, it's important to do different positions, like close grip, normal and wide grip pushups.
