imagine thinking anything above 100g of protein per day makes a difference kek. ironically, when I was obsessed with counting macros and eating 150-200g of protein a day, I made the least gains. all the protein made me satiated and I ended up undereating. having multiple carb-heavy meals throughout the day is where it's at if you want to build muscle. of course, this might not apply to you if you are a fat fuck.
