Man here, trying to improve my
overall appearance but most notably my glutes and legs.
Is there like a must do glute exercise to make it look rounder ?
The program my coach made for me contains goblet squats, hip thrusts and lunges. In addition to hack squats, leg press and various other leg exercises for leg day. But I'd be willing to add one or two more bum exercises honestly.
Also, would running a little bit everyday just ruin my gains ?
