There are other health benefits to lifting even if your muscles aren't going to grow very big, so it's still worthwhile, but motivation will be an issue for sure.

you would get 99% of your muscular potential anyway if you lifted up to 40yo but still training just to keep tge mass would make you 1% of the best looking people your age
