seated, today I did 22.5 each side for 12 reps, i find dumbell easier than dumbell, probably form and my biomechanic sor ergonometry or whatever its called or just inate teachnique. i can do 25 for 7 reps, i can ohp 50kg for 1 or 2 reps with bar but someshit around my cuffs or teres muscles hurts
