Do people who lift really have set schedules of when and what to eat? Or is this moreso for overweight people?
I literally just eat a shitload of beef, chicken, fish, eggs, potatoes and vegetables in my diet. Been lean my entire life, without needing to count macros or calories.
I like to track so i can recommend to other people based on what did and didnt work for me
