Did back and biceps mostly this morning, decided to finish up with a ton of calf raises, been neglecting them a bit recently. The burn was incredible.
Early sesh has been a bit less comfy since the gym started running a membership promo, but at least there have been a couple more qt's to glance at between sets.
Hope you lads down south aren't getting too cucked by the shithouse weather.

Still haven't booked an appointment to get a full thyroid panel. Feel amazing on wakame but slight throat pain, I hope my body isn't attacking the glad, will hold off on wakame for a few days.
