Applied to become a firefighter months ago and my initial resume + cover letter earned me a spot in the recruitment process. I write an aptitude test in 2 weeks which covers basic maths and word problems. I've been working as a nurse for the past 4 years making decent money but I would drop it instantly to become a firefighter.
In preparation for the fitness/lung tests, I haven't smoked weed in 10 days (before that I've been doing it every 1-3 days for the past 2 years). I can run 5km pretty easily and I've been running 7k at least 3 times a week when it's above 0 and 1-2 times a week when it's below 0.
i quit about a month ago. its been tough not going to lie but its been better

nah im a different user, im saying i quit weed about a month ago. im in uni right now, masters program in management. i miss weed kinda but the test boost has been unmatched

You dont have to subscribe to a belief system to study it and take things from it, the Bible has many good stories and lessons that one can learn from even if they dont belief the religious aspect
