Bros.. is if even necessary to hit incline/flat bench if you are already doing one or the other? I hit incline dumbbell press because I saw in this thread it would be easier on your shoulders.
It was but then I went to flat bench and could barely do 155 (my max is 225). For those who do both, do you usually start with flat bench or incline?

I do one per benching day, the switch on the next. Decline too. I found it helped increase my lifts. The different angles activating the chest differently or some shit, i dunno.
