I am in so much pain bros
How do you runners do this shit
Take the rooner pill
It hurts and it's incredibly uncomfortable
I'll stick to lifting
Seems like you briefly died at 0:24, so what's it like on the other side?
Why not just light jog? I only need to maintain 130bpm during my stuff
You're running way too fast amigo
By being in pain. Easy
>be me, try rooning
>feel like im going to die after one minute
asthmabros... what can I do about this?
Keep running. Regular exercise will mitigate your asthma.
I unironically nearly passed out. I started seeing blurry and shit. I was near a grocery store so I went and bought a banana real quick and drank some water from the fountain.
Took around 5 minutes.
I don't know I heard to get fast you gotta go fast
How to get faster though?
I'm hurting all over and my body is fucking ice cold despite my room being 70 degrees and being under the covers.
Feels like shit.
That's rough bro...
it's comfy man
go running at night, do a loop that's a few miles, just settle in. very meditative
I wish I had the time to do distance running still, I used to do 2 hours or so a night
I ran for an hour so I'm pretty happy with that.
7.8 miles
Why don't you run long anymore?
oh you're being dumb about it
run at a comfortable but brisk pace, and ratchet it up over time. once you have a cardio base you can play around and actually push yourself. there's training plans you can find online and follow if you don't think you'd push yourself enough
I fucked a glute up running one time and was walking with a limp for a couple weeks, it's better to just keep at it consistently. no one would tell you "yeah bro you need to push heavy weight, 2pl8 your first time up to the bench"
the time adds up, you have to eat a ton, my knees aren't great, and I got into rowing
Did running cause your knee issues?
no I saw a knee doctor and it's something to do with my kneecaps (could always feel them creaking a bit), and I never had pain until doing squats with bad form
it can cause issues with enough time (on the order of years) and form or equipment problems. make sure to get shoes from a good local running store where they watch you run
how is this picture 4mb
kekked
Big sign you’re overdoing it is if you feel like you’re dying after. Definitely went too fast. If you’re trying to get fast, try interval training.
>I don't know I heard to get fast you gotta go fast
Eventually. First you gotta git gud. Trying to improve your speed before building a foundation of endurance is like trying to lift heavy before you know anything about form.
Running can be comfy as fuck once you have the endurance to keep it steady at a reasonable pace.
Just do C25K, and remember that if you ever gas out before completing an interval, it just means you're running too fast, so just keep going and slow down on the next one.
