All my co workers go outside to smoke during break and i always feel left out because i never smoked in my life...
are u dumb?
OP here i am trans btw
Don't listen to Jew anti-smoking shills, tobacco is completely harmless
r u ?
thanks, how addicting is it?
>how addicting is it
Who cares?
It's not worth it my nigga. It's a waste of money, and time. If you smoke inside bitches don't like the smell of your place, plus ot adds a yellow discoloration to the walls and the curtains and the everything else. Plus, people nowadays are uncool and fuck and treat smokers like black people back in the 60's. Everyone will try to make you quit. And then when you do, you can't ever smell it again on the street without those cravings hitting like a truck. And it so fucking cool too. But you can't even go halfway. You're all in or you're out, because vaping is for fags, in the most buttsex, aids virus, loose butthole-need-to-wear-diapers way possible.
You aint gotta smoke. I would just go out there and chill with em and shoot the shit while they were on smoke breaks. Alternatively you could try vaping, would be less harmful than cigs. Shits just bad for you tho and it’d be better if you didnt pick it up cause it can be a bitch to quit.
Be a man and bring a flask of cask strength whiskey in your coat pocket, or do some blow.
Pussy. Smoking is for menthol addicted fat white whores.
I quit smoking a week ago. Please don't ever do it, it basically doesn't benefit you in any way. I started at 13 because all my friends did and i really wish I didn't. Basically all it does is make your life
harder + if your coworkers don't wanna socialize with you just because you don't do cancer sticks then fuck them.
>t. was a chronic chainsmoker for 8 years
I'm in the process of quitting, having smoked for 13 yrs. A few months ago I noticed really bad painful coughs, some nights I'd cough for an hour straight. A week ago I coughed up small specs of blood, that's when I decided enough is enough.
I don't know if it was due to tobacco smoke only, or a mix of welding fumes and tobacco. Today is my 4th day without a single cigarette, and I feel pretty good. No more painful coughs, not even any need to clear my throat anymore. I also noticed I look more alive and less bloated/puffy right after waking up.
I will of course enjoy the occasional pipe tobacco once in a while. But first I want my body to heal.
You're not in the process. Fix that shit in your mind, you are no longer a smoker.
I got upper left back pain 3 days ago and am afraid i have cancer
You're right, it's not a process. Either do, or don't.
It's not addicting really. It's the habit, and the social aspects of it that make it "addictive."
Like I mentioned in my other post, this is day 4 of 0 cigs, I don't feel any need for a cigarette. The first day of 0 cigs was bad, I got so angry at everybody and everything, and I never get angry. I really thought I'd punch a guy in the face, but I went outside and took a breather and coffee in the sun for 10 min instead. No more anger.
Day 2 no big deal, had a small fight with bf, because I was restless as fuck and couldn't think clearly.
Day 3, yesterday, no problem, no anger, no craving.
You can get herbal cigarettes if you want to join them but don't want to smoke tobacco. Try to find russian or North Korean tobacco. Since they're not required to put extinguishing agents and other chemicals in their cigarettes, they're much richer and have less shit in them.
Cigarettes are pretty addictive, tobacco not so much. Also, inhaling fumes from a burning paper isn't a good idea in any case.
I picked it up for a while and then quit once I realized how retarded it was. I'd still smoke cigarillos occasionally but I pretty much weaned myself off into nothing.
It's the most meme habit there is. Literally the only reason smokers do it is because their limbic system freaks out when it doesn't get its hourly dopamine hit. It fucks with your workouts. It makes you smell like shit and it will eventually ruin your health if you do it for long enough.
Lungs aren't made for anything other than oxygen so what do you think
BUT smoking is based, I smoke, I have white teeth and run 5k 3 times a week. It's nice after a meal, in the morning and after sex
>Waaahhh you won't live as long
So? What are you gonna do between 80 and 100 that I couldn't do between now and 80 years old eat my fuck bitch
>It's not addicting really. It's the habit
The truth. Don't start smoking because your coworkers are going on breaks. It can feel nice and calming sometimes, but don't pick it up as a habit. Few cigs a week won't do any harm, just don't start smoking during the day, that's how it becomes a habit (and with that, a waste of time and money).
If this isn't a spam post. Don't do it. Nicotine is a really shitty drug to get hooked on.
>getting peer pressured into smoking by co-wagies
>seeking approval from a bunch of randos on an image board for penis enthusiasts
Dude just kys, your life is not worth living
I will turn 35 soon and I have smoked since I was 15. I've attempted to quit a few times, started my most recent attempt 2 weeks ago. Now there weren't crazy negatives for me, my cardio was still fine, lots of friends and acquaintances smoke or smoked so no one really cared if I smelled like cigarettes and I could quite easily afford it. However, I've lived a pretty unhealthy lifestyle for those last 20 years, including other drugs, and my family has a history of cardiovascular disease. My uncle is around 15 years older than me but we are really the same in regards to lifestyle and he recently had a heart attack and two minor strokes. He was very lucky to survive and he's not completely disabled now but his cognitive abilities are that of a teen or something. Quite frankly, I want to continue smoking but I really can not take the risk anymore.
