I train a lot, run and I'm in general very active. I'm in bed currently and my watch says 75 BPM.
The app connected to my watch says my average BPM are in the 70-80 range (throughout the day, so walking, doing chores, after the gym ecc are counted) and my lowest BPM is in the 40-50 range.
I think it's not as low as it should be considering my activity levels. Is it simply because I have a fast metabolism so my basal activity is just very high?
