yes but water retention and having like 10-12% bf makes more of a difference than chewing mastic gum

I started with 9 things of op related at once chewing for an hour+, mewing and compressing the gum to the roof of my mouth. Am I in danger of tmj? My mouth is sore afterwards and I swear I see a difference already even though it's been less than a week-but I don't want to overdo it.

The jaw is a bone surrounded by multiple overlapping muscles that can suffer atrophy like any others, and I've come to believe there is hope for improvement here now same as with the rest of the body thanks to the work of Dr. Mike Mew, who himself looks like the fucking dog from Tom and Jerry thanks to his practicing what he preaches.

There's no way I should have a double chin-subtle though it might be-and invisible jawline while being 150lbs, it's because I ate soft, processed meats and grains my entire life instead of tough breads and cuts of meat other than on rare occasion. As well as bad internal posture with my tongue which is basically nothing more than a small step down from mouth breathing, something that is also is proven to cause facial deformity. It honestly makes a lot of sense and, if it's proven to be true for most, no young man or woman should be without this information.

Yeah I'm going to calm down with it slightly, I'm and both times I went for over an hour with so many gums I was barely able to open and close my mouth afterwards and that can't be good.

Mastic gum. Buy it. I chewed it for a number of months every other day and it's improved my jawline. I like the taste, too.
