Whole milk has more K2 as MK-4 which regulates all the calcium intake. It's also the actual, bioavailable form of vitamin K not the spinach crap. It's under reported on nutrition websites for "whatever" reason.

Growing up my parents only ever got skim milk so I thought milk was gross and I would never drink it. It wasn’t until after I graduated college and had to buy my own groceries that I discovered whole milk and completely reconsidered my stance on drinking milk. Thanks whole milk, fuck you parents.

If you're using skim milk you might as well just use water since the 30 calorie difference is meaningless and if you just use water instead it's 120-150 calories less.
