It's pretty common for guys who've been in a tag team together long term to end up disliking each other: The Hollies, The Rockers, The Gangstas, The Rougeaus, The Bulldogs, and perhaps most infamously the Mega Powers.

Tag teams having personality conflicts can't necessarily be blamed on the promotions themselves. The same thing happens in rock bands. Plenty of them end up hating each other, too.
