Name them.
For me it's Mandy Rose, Carmella, Zelina Vega, Penelope Forde, The Bunny and Britt Baker all being bitchy mean girls.
Carmella and Mandy are the best at it, it feels like it comes naturally to them, Zelina is pretty good though it's more obvious she's just playing a character, while Britt kinda sucks and isn't really convincing, she feels like a nerd cosplaying as a Stacy.
I haven't seen enough of Forde or Bunny to have much of an opinion on them beyond the perception that they play similar roles to the others I mentioned.
