What went wrong?
What went wrong?
Sure loved all those Konami "leaks" coming true... Oh wait... lmao
>Departion of Kojima and other talents
>Destruction of their IPs
So the "big game" that would make a return was Suikoden?
You mean what went right.
Completely out of touch.
JUST ANNOUNCE THE NEW SILENT HILL THERE WAS ALREADY FUCKING LEAKED VIDEO
Making video-games is a very risky business. Square Enix lost $200 million on Avengers, which was to be a sure fire success with how braindead capeshit fans & video-game fans are. Konami realise this, and don't wanna risk capital on a new MGS, Silent Hill, etc. when the general consensus among gamers is that Konami raped, killed & shit on Kojima (the hack, not the talented artist.) Releasing a risky project into a climate where everyone already hates you is a bad idea. And if they do that, and it flops, you've lowered the quality of your IP.
They killed my boy
they made too much easy money from YGO and panchinko
why not outsource development then? Make a Revegence 2 that would be a good start
Reducing the quality of the IP to potential investors/buyers.
Still lead by old headed Yakuza who think Pachinko is the way to go since that's what they personally enjoy.
This is way this industry is a joke
Are retarded kokojambo cocksuckers once again ignoring konamis massive pressence in japan?
Konami’s video game division is their main earner and has been for a while now.
>only good shit they showed was a remaster and a shmup
They gave me hope after they released a few new games these couple of years, but they still dissapoint at the end.
somehow it backfires
Did they ever show anything interesting? I left because they spent to much time on childish, nothing card games.
They are opening an esports school thats about it
Is that why they closed everything down except except for flashy light gambling machines and a trading card game?
you're not tricking anyone, yong
Gaming & Systems are casino machines btw
