Probably helps to learn Blender for character modeling and rigging so you can recreate the character there and pose them as you please.

The AI is using other artists works as reference data to make their art. So you'll need more artists to keep feeding the AI more poses and art styles to imitate. People are already noticing the AI art is getting repetitive. Eventually, the fad will pass. Like people being wowed by flashy 3D CGI. We got used to it and the novelty wore off.
