Vidya prototype holy grails
super mario 64

Resident evil 4 Beta

Don't know if it still counts as a grail if there is 0% chance of it turning up
Metroid Dread DS?
Resident Evil 0 for the N64. It's pretty publicly known now so I'm not sure I'd really consider it a "holy grail".

I really hope the Mega Man Legends 3 demo sees daylight some time.
Theres should be a build of Twilight Princess with unused magic items in there. In the release build you can bait chu-chus into merging and form a green one which leaves behind an item with no description or function. The back of the game box also has a screenshot with the magic bar.
Spore (robin williams test build) with underwater phase along with better cell and creature stages.
MGSV before the downgrade to include previous gen consoles
Nobody said anything about hidden gems
Basically any Japan only arcade game that hasn't been dumped
Paper Mario build when it was still Super Mario RPG 2

I had no clue shenmue was gonna be for the Saturn but it looks surprisingly similar to the Dreamcast version.
Mario 64 1995 build
The mario sunshine spaceworld build.
