It's a good one but i'd say RDR2 filtered Any Forums way harder, and is a better game. I love both tho so no bias towards any.

It's yet another example of how Kojima really is his own worst enemy and that he has the capability to take a pretty unique fun concept and completely fuck it up with his over-indulgent bullshit.
The very core basic concept, a supernatural/sci-fi post-apocalyptic game about being a future mailman going on hiking adventures to rebuild America; isn't even a hard concept to grasp. Yet Kojima wouldn't shut the fuck up about his whole STRAND GENRE ROPES AND STICK BUILD BRIDGES I AM FRAGILE BUT NOT THAT FRAGILE. It's pretty clear that Kojima wanted to try his hands on something more Lynch'like in its style and presentation, but he completely misses the mark by forgetting the rule of "show, don't tell."

Kojima's worst story since MGS4, jesus christ what the fuck was he thinking. God I wanted to strangle him during the final cutscenes, treating Amelie and Bridget being the same person and Cliff being Sam's dad as some kind of massive twists when it was so fucking obvious right from the start for anyone even slightly paying attention.

I enjoyed the game tremendously. Grabbed it for 20 bux and thought its only going to be okayish. Exploring the areas, building up the americas with infrastructure and seeing how other players helped was fun. some of the dialogue and plot was kinda ass, that is definitely true. also white women are at fault for everything
