The problems with modern halo are not rooted out with one person leaving it's a problem of the entire design philosophy of the game itself and the modern gaming industry as a whole including 343. This won't suddenly fix the issues of infinite in fact it's too far gone as a game. They could fix every single problem and make it the best halo game and it still wouldn't matter, no one cares except a few remaining halo fans huffing copium that one day a game will be released that teleports them back to the days of playing halo 2 and 3
