It's not a horribly gamebreaking thing that's worth dropping the game over but I'm pretty sure the general consensus is that still it's incredibly gay they decided to change it. Like the other user said, strength builds have to invest more points into endurance in order to use their heavy weapon + armour, whereas a dex build with the same END investment can equip heavier armour because their gay little 2KATs don't take up as much weight as a colossal weapon.
I never used to have this fetish until I discovered what stirrup leggings are. I don't get the weirdos who want to suck toes and have women walk all over them literally and figuratively; that shit is pathetic.
