Does this mean you can't buy DLC anymore or is the DLC itself tied to the servers and now locked even if you own it? I haven't played many Ubisoft games on PC so I have no idea how that works.

They lock players out of DLC they bought
There's DRM that requires you to connect to their servers which are being shut down, and instead of removing this legacy DRM they just disable it outright for everyone
If you bought it then you no longer own it.

Let it rest. The fantasy of a big budget AAA Splinter Cell revival is nice, with all the GRAFFIX and gay tracing we want but its just that; a fantasy.

They did slow down. Valhalla has been out for two years now.

I wish they remastered the PS2/Wii/Xbox version of Double Agent, it was pretty much on par with Chaos Theory and it's a real shame everyone only remembers the next gen version scrounged up by pajeets in a few months.
