nigger

(usurer)

good friend

Scumbag like the rest of em. Glad they all died. Alternate answer: Jew

Arthur is the one who actually beat the sick man to death. Strauss just gave the order and said beat him if necessary, which by the way is a job that Arthur could have refused since he's like third in command of the gang and could have told Strauss to fuck off long ago.

Thief.

>Robbin, killin and stealing
fine for me
>usury
LE BAD

Businessman

jew

Devil in the human body

The idea is they at least have the nerve to stick a gun into someone's face. They know they're being robbed, there's no subterfuge. But screwing people into predatory loans with fine print is seen as more scummy and underhanded.

Skater boy.

>loan requires down-payment (You have to give money to get money?)
>loan has an interest rate of %4000/mo (I owe you 40x the amount???)
>we reserve the right to repossess personal property in lieu of currency (You can legally take my shit because I gave you permission???)
Learn to read. Learn to do math. Learn to weigh risks. It's almost like anyone who can think would not fall for a predatory loan.

Puttin a "Usury bad" scene in a game where you're free to kill everyone you see with no moral repercussions is cheap and doesn't make any sense.
Imagine if you killed too many innocent/bystanders and they didn't allow you back into the camp, that would have made this scene more in line. But the game lacks the moral behind what is good and what is evil and this scene is forced

>a job that Arthur could have refused
If you take to long to do the collection missions Dutch will chew you out and order you to, and if you keep ignoring them after then it stops letting you do anything in camp.
Not to mention Arthur's job in the gang is to be the enforcer. He's the knee breaker. The dumb muscle who keeps everyone in line, and can fight their way through just about every situation.

But he was german

same thing

Yeah. I still agree with the anons that say loan sharks are massive sacks of shit. But I also agree with you. I count myself lucky my parents taught me to be responsible and organized with my money as a kid, and so I could never fathom how people just brashly jump into massive debts just like that.
Granted the families in the game were in desperate scenarios, not just looking to buy luxuries. But still, I rather go through hard times than sell my soul to the devil.

But germans kill jews

Germ are kikes , they just don't asume it a lot

Austrian, horrible people.

You're french, ask me how I know

So... they don't kill jews?

>no one can act in bad faith

there is a reason usury is a sin my son

How?

usury should be punishable by death

Yiddish is a German dialect, the surnames stein and berg are German, all the big Jewish financial families originate in Germany, Nazis believed they were the 'master race' Jews believe they are 'chosen people', some believe Hitler had Jewish roots etc etc.

- commentary on Strauss Zelnick

and yet Arthur blows up a bridge causing a train to plummet to it's demise which is an act of faceless terrorism

So the jews mass-meandered themselves? Why?

Its also not the modern world where you can take it for granted that people could even read the contract they're signing.
And strauss intentionally sought out people who were dumb enough to sign on the dotted line.
When you go to collect from the guy hunting the white cougar he even says on the ride to the cave and he asks Arthur why they think anyone stupid and desperate enough to take a loan on those terms would be expected to actually pay it back.
It would be like if you loaned a bunch of money to a crackhead and then tried to get it back from him after he spent it all on crack.
Like the guy who gives you the Coof. He doesn't have the money, he spent it all on charity and a failing farm, and is dying.

What about cold-blood murder and robbery?
