Released my game on steam after 5 month of hard work and it totally flopped (i thought the game was pretty fun). What game ideas would you recommend in 3d horror/action genre that you think might sell well ? Was thinking about making underwater or space horror since there are not that many games about that but i dont know. Give ideas please.

Play some Puppetcombo games and copy them. In a nutshell they're reminiscent of low budget VHS movie/PSX era cheese but it's still pretty passionate. Infact don't forget that one thing when you're making a game OP,make sure it's PASSIONATE. You really should think a lot about your themes and gameplay and story and setting if you want a game of yours to catch on.

Nowadays if you want an actually successful game you're going to have to sellout and cater to the lowest common denominator of gamers and/or hope some big streamer turns your game into a FOTM. Barring those options you'd have to create something truly innovative and groundbreaking and hope to god it catches on somehow.
