For example, just say I throw a ball to Diavolo and then he catches it and throws the ball back to me but then erases the time he spent throwing it. Would that mean that
A. the ball suddenly flies back to me halfway through the air because he threw the ball and then erased the time it took to throw it, so to me it looks the like the ball turned around and flew back to me on its own
B. the ball suddenly appears behind Diavolo and flies into the distance because since he erased the moment of him catching and throwing it back, it's as if he never caught it at all and so it behaves as if he didn't exist?

They DO act so if you were walking you'd suddenly be ahead, but it also lets him see 10 seconds into tue future se he can prevent shit from being done to him by moving around. Also, it respects his "will" so if he was about to kill someone and skipped time even for himself, he would't have to even act it out.
