Are you a datamining bot or just an autist? You keep making this on both Any Forums and Any Forums

what is a good nvme ssd? my PCIe is gen 3

yeah we might think alike
honestly i assembled mine on October 2019 just before the crypto craze
my main goal was to get an affordable set up which 1.5x stronger than the new console gen
i'm not also falling for the raytracing meme

>GTA 3000 Super 5GB
>Cryzen 4 1911
>600GB MVNE MMD
>7TB Eastern Analog FDD

>RTX 3060 Ti
>i5-12400
>32GB RAM
>1TB NVMe
>4TB HDD

I started getting Any Forums a few weeks back so I don't play much vidya these days.

I r8 8/8 m8

is it really good? im really retarded with my purchases usually

>18 tb hdd
...why?

970 Evo, Corsair MP510, Mushkin Pilot E, Crucial P5, Sabrent Rocket, SN750, Silicon Power P34A80 are all great Pcie3 nvmes
It's a solid pcie 3 ssd. No dram but it's got a huge slc cache to compensate. It'll perform just fine if you're not some super duper power user who writes hundreds of gigabytes every day

i just want it to load warhammer 3 faster, because my sata ssd is taking long to do it

Should be just fine for that, although in games there will rarely be a difference between a sata and nvme drive, or not a hugely noticeable one. What Sata SSD do you have?

Yeah from what I understand it's a very high quality fast nvme. Just make sure if your motherboard has more than one slot for it, that you use the fastest slot, check the manual.
>...why?
Piracy of movies and tv shows, jellyfin server. And where game installs go when I'm not currently playing them. It's two 8 tb drives and a 2 tb, I didn't mean it was one giant 18tb drive

i have a toshiba tr200 512 gbs

>toshiba tr200
yeah that's a lower end sata ssd with no dram and a meh controller. still not sure the 980 will provide a huge difference, it's probably just the game that's slow to launch, but it's still definitely a better drive for sure

thanks for the info user, really helpful

nice try fbi

if you are wondering why the game is slow its because it loads a different map everytime you do something, which makes it really slow
it loads faster on my wife's pc cuz she has an NVME and i dont
