Are there any PS1 games that are actually good and haven't aged like milk? I tried Tenchu, Vagrant Story, Mega Man Legends, and Ape Escape but they were shit.

Games don't age. You just have shit taste and no patience.

N64 have have aged worse than PlayStation
>compressed sound
>slowdown
>muddy graphics
>pop up
Etc...

Everything shit. Get back playing CoD and FIFA.

Timeless:

Crash (2 and 3)
Spyro (all)
Klonoa
Abe's oddessy (its dark souls hard though)
Castlevainia
Metal Gear Solid
Soul Reaver
Silent Hill
Silent Bomber
Crash Team Racing
Spiderman

If you can handle tank controls:
Resident evil

If you like Jrpgs:
all of them

>ape escape aged like shit
go die

not OP but Spyro isn't very good, it's exceedingly easy and the camera has a tendency to fuck up a lot

>Tenchu
>Megaman Legends
>shit
Yeah you are just a faggot.

>Tenchu & Ape Escape
>Aged Like Milk
ong fr fr

sounds like you just have absolute shit taste

You could've just asked nicely if you wanted a PS1 recommendations thread.

Symphony of the Night, but it's a 2D game, so I suppose it's kind of cheating.

Almost all of the ps1 games I played were great ngL fr

Tenchu gameplay really aged like shit, so I'll cut you some slack. Vagrant Story is still awesome and you have no escuse to hate it besides being a complete fucking imbecil. The other one I never played.

Spyro is a top tier platformer of its era, It made leaps and bounds with its draw distance. Its easier than mario 64 anyway.

I made this tier list of ps1, n64 and pc games. stick to the top 2 tiers and you should be fine.

How do games age?

Metal Gear is still great

Try to play any Atari 2600 game today. It sold 30 million units when it was new, but you couldn't pay people to play it today

MGS1
Resident Evil 1-3
Silent Hill
Final Fantasy 7 and 9 + Tactics
Parasite Eve
Spyro 1-3
Crash 2-3
Abe's Oddysee + ExOddys

You seem quite sure about that.
Also why are you comparing apples to oranges again? There's like 2 decades between Atari and PS1 alone.
