Insert my physical Quake disc in PC

>insert my physical Quake disc in PC
>transfer the physical game to my SSD
>the game somehow becomes digital
>OH GOD OH FUCK
>panic and transfer it from my SSD it to an SD card
>the game miraculously becomes physical again
>phew, close one
Reminder that people who buy "physical" games unironically believes this is how it works.

There is nothing morally wrong with pirating AAA games in the current year.

damn, what was I thinking
better pay 70 dollaroos for an online-only digital game with microtransactions that shuts down after two months

>There is nothing morally wrong with pirating AAA games in the current year.
Just don't get caught by Nintendo, or you'll lose your "physical" games!

>even when it's explicitly pointed out how retarded it is he still believes his digital games are magically physical

>YOU vill make this thread tomorrow
>and you vill be HAPPY

No moral fault doesn’t mean no legal fault. Piracy is never a permanent solution for the masses, but you should never feel guilty about it.

I wonder how this guy feels about his face being used to represent NWO sheep.

hey guys is gaming fun?

This globalist cabal have a load of useful idiots who fully know what they are taking part in, its an ideology to them, these fucks are convinced they have already won when the fact is they have already lost.

>I wonder how this guy feels about his face being used to represent NWO sheep.

>sell my physical copy of $gaem on ebay
>sell it for 1000$
>try to sell my digital copy of $gaem on ebay
>ebay removes my listing, says no refunds, idiot
>that....that's totally the same outcome

He doesn't own his face and he is happy

Oh noes, disgusting piece of shit thieves get their copies blocked.
Anyway...

>try to sell my digital game on ebay
>remove my listing when i remember i'm not poor

If Nintendo can do it to them it means they can do it to you.

>implying looking like this is bad
patrick crusius was based and tedpilled and made good baked beans

They can't.
I could sue them, a pirate pig can't.

Accidents happen too.

Sue them for what? Banning the physical games that you're just legally renting from them?

>look for a physical game on ebay
>only listing is $1000
>pirate digitally instead because I'm not retarded

>owns 20 yo game physically
>"that's how you really own something"
>insert disk into pc
>compatibility settings don't work
>literally can't play the game without some community patches

meanwhile gog-games exists

Steam can format your whole PC by simply pushing an update onto your PC that formats your PC.
Cope
And legally they can do that with you not being able to do shit about it.

>today I will play Kings Field on good ol' PSX
>leave the physical disk in its case
>go to GG.net
>download complete PSX rip to my NAS
>fire up emulator
>spend three hours fucking with shaders
>get bored, go to the bar
>drive home drunk
>realize I downloaded the complete PSX library, get excited
>play Ogre Battle: March of the Black Queen
They should make a new Ogre Battle except this time make it about maritime combat and call it Seven Seas of Rhye.

PC gaming has been shit for ages.

>he hasn't built a "retro" rig yet
You have literally no excuse when they are practically giving away old hardware. Hell, just steal it. They would probably think you're doing them a favor.

>>download
You just broke the law, congrats.
>I totally I totally own them
Of course you do. And of course you are a woman too.

>compatibility settings don't work
>meanwhile gog-games exists
You mean emulation?

Based
Too many retards forget how on-disc DRM used to be everywhere and ignore how companies use proprietary physical media as copy protection. Whether a game is "physical" or "digital" is totally irrelevant to consumer rights or anti-DRM arguments, anyone who says otherwise doesn't know how a computer works.

I own both Kings Field and Ogre Battle on Playstation.

>retro rig
Is this PC gaymers coping wiht the fact that their software is broken all the time every few years despite that not having to be the case?

If you lost your serial key you literally don't own the game.

still better because when no online bullcrap is involved, you don't need online servers.
In fact I would love hardware dongles to come back.
Manual checks were based.

>You just broke the law, congrats.
If you dump games yourself and decrypt them so you can emulate them, or otherwise circumvent copy-protection, then you're also breaking the law. Specifically the DMCA.

Of course you do.
All pirates bought all the games that they steal from the internet.
