I haven't actually played FF7 on Steam for that many hours. The Square Enix launcher has a background process glitch that causes the game to hang invisible in the background if you quit before it has successfully uploaded the cloud save to the servers. So the actual playtime is probably 300 hours.

I was about to say, how can you manage that many hours in FFVII? But then again, I’m equally surprised with the hours you have in Hitman, Wildlands, and New Vegas. First off, does it really take up to 500 hours to 100% Wildlands? And New Vegas is great, but even with mods and replaying it a few times, I still don’t see how people go way beyond 500 hours.

In Steam, mouse over your username at the top-left of the window, click Profile, then once that page loads click Games a little ways down on the right-hand side.
On that page, it should sort like this automatically iirc, if not the "Sort By" options are right there at the top-right above the first game listed.
If you're running Steam in Big Picture and the formatting is all different, then stop doing that and run it in regular mode before following the above steps.
