I don't understand what this post is talking about but it's clear you have a problem. Nothing in life is forcing you to pay Blizzard or play their game.
They purposely do nothing about botting because it makes them money, and in conjunction with gdkp raids keeps certain players playing.

Blizzard will do a ban wave every once in a while, but always give enough time so that botters can turn a profit, and continue their services. With how much shit they offer now, its effectively injected a P2W cash shop run by a 3rd party that has to pay blizzard to operate.
