>shitty "remasters" that look worse
>forced 2k launcher
>take up more hard drive space
>forced launcher takes up additional space
Thank fucking christ they didn't touch the originals
Shitty "remasters" that look worse
UOH
>Removes them from the all digital stores, including not giving them to you in the BS collection with all 5 games
>Revokes all keys/licenses from Steam like indie shitters do from time to time and some blue haired Santos faggot at Valve just lets it happen
What is with all the launcher talk? Did I miss something?
Also if they fucked with the games on Steam I'm guessing the GOG installers should still be fine, right?
>hurr durr muh games
Pirate it and it is yours and no one can touch it you actual mouth breathing morons.
2K just added a launcher to Infinite and the remasters of 1 and 2. Everything needs two launchers please understand
they also listed it as qol change
Good thing I have GoG versions.
...
Too fucking rich
>also own on consoles
heh, just like with Diablo 3 I made the right choice
>originals clearly superior
>can play 1 just fine with the 60fps animation patch
>but 2 never got a patch
>2 remaster did fix it
GODDAM IT
Did the people behind Don't Starve ripped off Bioshock's character design? 2k should sue them.
wtf
I hate third party launchers
In the best case scenario they automatically connect you with your steam account and let you play without any additional set up, so the user only has to go through one extra click to start his game which doesn't bother me
But then there are some real AIDS launcher out there like the one for Elite Dangerous
>buy game on Steam
>initially it doesn't have a launcher at all and runs fine
>they update the game to force a launcher
>it doesn't automatically connect via steam
>you have to go to their website and register an account to use the launcher
>do all that shit
>try to launch the game
>"enter CD-key"
>I'm 200% mad at this point
>this shit is running through my steam library where I own and installed the game
>so I copy my key from steam like they ask me to
>paste it into the launcher
>"key not recognized"
>pop a bloodvessel
>have to contact their customer support over this shit
>they don't respond in a timely manner
>uninstall game
They might as well have locked me out of playing entirely
I requested a refund as well but it got denied because of my playtime from before the launcher update
Frankly it is my opinion that games should not be allowed to be sold on steam if you can't play them through steam
So for once, in a really long time, GoG gets their first W?
I remember these came out and even Any Forums wasn't aware of how shitty they were with the terrible compressed audio and shitty baked in lighting effects that looked like shit. Not to brag but it feels nice to be vindicated with time
did dishonored stole bioshock's character designs? say what you want but that UE3 feel was so kino
right looks like shes doing the white people face
I thought this was made in Source for some reason.
Dishonored has a different artstyle. But the stylistic choice itself is somewhat similar.
Dishonored is one of the best games ever
understandable Source was also soulful
Just like when Cockstar added their shitty launcher, it literally wouldn't let me play Max Payne 3 for a good long while
eat ze bugs
I much prefer the original 2033 to Redux.
Yes the exact same happened to me
Didn't redux straight up remove features that were in the original?
I never played the original, but I love Redux
