Whatever happened to those dudes in online games who would get pissed off and start saying they'd kill you in real life? I never really see that much genuine anger in video games anymore, most people just get mildly upset when someone says gg.

they grew up
zoomers are severely emasculated and drugged to the point of numbness
Most people grow out of it, hormones and all that. That or they join the army or go to jail.
i got a shill to spam death threats at me the other day
they started getting banned
can't do that because they're afraid of getting banned
nowadays the average player is a paypig
they don't want to lose their purchases
Because people will get banned for it.
Every game under american law, that has voice chat, has to be able to transcribe what's said into a text log that can be reviewed at any time.
zoomers just try to swat you instead, can't say nono-words but attempted murder is fine
Get banned for anything nowadays.
>every game has to be able to transcribe what's said into a log
is this the Patriot Act or something?
they were gen x meathead burnouts, those guys have aged out of gaming.
lol pretty much
There's been a couple of incidents of people actually tracking someone down and trying to kill them because of a video game. But mostly people just get banned for that now.
i think it's one of those officially unofficial laws
Play Dota 2. Some of the most spastic and rage-filled people you'll ever meet.
Those people either get recorded, doxed, or banned. There's a reason why most internet hostility transformed into snitching and passive aggressive behavior because any timid faggot can do it. People realized it's much easier and safer to get other people involved than to actually handle that shit themselves.
Nigger you even get banned for breathing on the mic. And a means you lose access to all your digital games and in the case of Xbox the console become a literal paperweight.
We're on fighting games
I just finished doxxing someone because I lost to them and don't respect their playstyle, and I do this regularly
this is the biggest load of fucking shit I've heard today.
>they grew out of it
you can get permabanned for calling someone a noob
I saw someone getting real angry and started hurling them good old death threats in Battlefield V the other day, usually it's just accusations of cheating when you shoot some shitter or have a decent K/D but that guy went for it, it was refreshing to see it.
They're all here now, fighting idiotic culture wars.
they got banned
how many times are you getting your ass kicked so bad that this has become a regular occurrence? maybe your shouldn't be such a shitter. stop crying when you get beat and start figuring out how to get better.
they're either russian or chinese so you can't understand them but they're still around
Those people just moved here :)
Not very often, thanks for assuming though. I win 9 games, lose 1 and dox the faggot I lost to.
They're black or a tranny every time, much like you. Get off my dick.
Do people put their facebook in their profile description or what? I honestly find that hard to believe it happens often
A lot of people on Steam have their real name on their profiles, and it's very common for people to use the same username everywhere.
The average internet user is not hard to find, at all lol
>loses to blacks and trannies
lol
lmao even
They levelled up
You'll get your account banned and at worst they'll notify the school / parents too. Maybe that's not worth it.
>A lot of people on Steam have their real name on their profiles
Are you from the US? I usually end up playing with "I_hate_minorities_2008", "ilovehentai" or meme names and their profile is just something like "if you see this it means I made you mad lol". Either that or Russians and Turks. They also change their username every other day
I love it when that happens, they can't actually do anything, it's impotent rage. The situation might be different if I were famous but since I'm not it's just a lot of fun.
