With the steam deck whatever you wanted ported is probably already playable in a handheld version, and even if it was ported to switched it would run worse then the steam deck.
I would of wanted the persona games ported but now that there also going to be on PC there's no reason to play it on the switch if you own a deck since the only difference between the is the switch having downgraded graphics and performance

I'm just struggling to think of a game that I haven't played and hasn't been ported yet (Yes, I haven't played GTA5 or even 4). It's weird that it hasn't happened yet.
I honestly have little interest in most games released these days, mostly sticking to JRPGs and Indies, and is the only reason I haven't bought a modern PS console

Hard to say, the company that released it in the West on X360 folded up and the game was delisted. I guess theoretically someone could pick up the rights again but it's been years.
