Back when I still played, I made it a point to completely ignore all open world shit because it sucked dick.
Finally ive reached a point when a railjack mission required me to kill a thing with my potato child laser. The laser was still the starting laser and didnt do shit to the enemy.
So I started grinding Eidolons, getting carried every time, and doing 100 soul crushing laps to get wisps for the laser.
Then I had to do snow planet missions for standing, so I could exchange tokens from those for laser parts. Those obviously fucking never dropped for fucking hours.
I almost uninstalled there, but then someone recommended to do the alien aids planet instead, to get the mech that supposedly had a laser too.
So I did that for hours, and between rng drops being shit and sometimes the game bugging out and not giving rewards at all, I finally made my mech.
Then it turns out you have to not only RNG drop mods for it, but also max them with fuckton of endo.
In short, I wont ever play this game again.
