You can't seriously believe that consoles render in real 4k. If that was the case they would have no issues running every game in 60 fps by default.

Of course it can, it has better hardware, I always said that consoles could output 4K60, it all depends on the engine and how well optimized the games are. Games running like shit on consoles are just developer incompetence.
