Ace Combat 8 is most likely 2023 at the earliest. The dev pipeline isn't too crazy as they'll just be upscaling existing aircraft from 7, adding a few more, and they often use real life terrain to create stages. Pipeline Destruction is straight up an aerial photo of a Saudia Arabian dock.
