The whole caste-system in the world is interesting but it pretty much exists only in the background as lore.
This could've used a spin-off or something where you play as some regular joe who ends up on the wrong side of the government and corporate forces

Better than stray

Just completed both games recently.
I like them both, but the skill system in the second game was unnecessary.

Got put off by the aesthetic and never tried it. It's sitting in my Steam library, is it worth trying?

I liked it too but it was somewhat disappointing, the open world was not well designed. The OST is amazing and I would say superior to the first one.

I loved...LOVED the original game but never played this one.

same. Replaying it on summer time to time

Fuck you

well, now we know that OP like shitty games

Both of the games were pretty good. I liked Catalyst more, beacuse the movement felt more fluid and not as restrictive without providing substantial learning curve as original.

Ultimately it's more Mirror's Edge, and that's good enough for me to have given it multiple playthroughs, but the open world is bad, the story missions are mediocre, the story hasn't improved at all and the aesthetic is demonstrably worse.

> climb and stand in one place
aw hell yea, my nigger, cuz that's how you play ME games yoooo

The new art style has its own charms and the music is great. Too bad the development got cucked half way for Battlefield 1

>compare end game bruisers to essentially base troops

Catalyst has no soul
