well they don't really do much unless you're using aerial attacks. silkbind vault into double kinsect slash into diving wyvern is the main use I think

Outside of aerial shit, just Recall for iframe dodge and bug stamina boost or that Awakened Kinsect throw thing for damage/stun. If you're using dust, that second one is great for creating clouds before the buff runs out too. Really good if you're using Powder Vortex, quite decent if you're using Boosted Extract since you can spend and then grab a refresh cloud.
