It seems like they're trying REALLY hard to do a release every two weeks.
Judging by the looks of it, they really could just release him on Tuesday, but if they're taking the extra time to make sure he's good feeling on release, than I don't mind all that much.

It's very clear they are trying their hardest to make bi-weekly releases but are hitting every roadblock in the way.
