343 was given one of the most successful vidya franchises in history, the GDP of a small nation and over a decade to prove it's capable of creating a solid Halo game. Not only has it not done that, it hasn't even come anywhere close. 343 is an absolute disaster of a company.

Microsoft being all in on Gamepass means any future game developed will be made with it in mind, which means lots of content updates to keep people playing the same dull games for longer instead of making an actually good game that can be finished. If anything expect every first party game they make to get worse and way more bloated.
