Microsoft's likely going to give the same responses as they did the Brazilian regulators like pointing out that Sony has no problems buying exclusive content from 3rd parties like Square and Capcom just to keep them off other systems yet is bitching about Call Of Duty going "Potentially" exclusive to Xbox platforms when MS have no plans to pull it from Playstation.
