I really hope Gordon did get some sleep. But worst case, he was fighting for three or four days straight in Black Mesa, and then immediately is forced onto a train inbound to city 17. Fighting another three or four days. Then you have the events of episodes 1 + 2, which are another two or so days.
So that's a week and a half of constant fighting. At this point, the automatic adrenaline in his suit is the only thing keeping him going
