The red soul seems to have some kind of recollection of Undertale. Sans also seems to potentially know something, and his "shop" is literally Grillby's, which should be an impossibility since Grillby's doesn't exist in that world.
And obviously, the one who contacted you and brought you to Deltarune in the first place is 99% sure to be Gaster, originally from Undertale.
Oh yeah, and I almost forgot, Ice-E doesn't seem to exist in Undertale except for one singular piece of paper...provided by Sans. Meanwhile he's a big franchise in Deltarune.
