>Liking GTA4
>Liking GTA5
>Not being retarded
Pick only one.

People only prefer GTAIV for the physics and some of the little details it had and GTAV doesn't. And it's cool hating GTAV now because Online is complete shit. I installed several immersion-enhancing mods and ones that bring back the physics of GTAIV and it's the most fun I've had in a GTA game since the PS2 titles

Both bad.

There are three reasons why I never even bothered pirating GTA5. GTA4, GTA5 and SR2. Imagine actually playing GTA5 just because you liked Vice City back in the day.

Why did they remove crouching? Police arresting NPCs? Restaurant interiors?

Rockstar games are all shit and I'm tired of pretending it's not.
Actually the whole "sandbox open world" genre is shit

This man speaks the truth. Good sandbox games are good despite being sandbox games. And it is never the sandbox part you remember from a good sandbox game.

GTA V is like ten years old, though

it's a downward spiral

old bad, new worse

>sharkcards have retroactively made people hate every rockstar game ever made.

4 sucks too
it was the beginning of rockstar's shitty slide into the "let's sacrifice fun for tedious realism" era that continues today

I've disliked GTA since San Andreas and hated them since SR2.

San andreas mogs both in terms of content gameplay

when did the revisionist history with gta 4 start? that shit was universally hated when it came out, but now it gets looked back upon as a good game. I agree the story is one of the best gta has had, but the rest of the game is atrocious
