Why did they made Arkham series Batman so boring? They leaned way too heavily on Batman's surface level trait of stoicism and taciturn nature instead of his actual true self being as a traumatized kid that cannot move on from his parent's death. It took the writers until Arkham Knight till they started to explore on Batman's psychology (Which is what iconic Batman comics tend to do) but even then they still fumbled on it.
Why did they made Arkham series Batman so boring...
>Batman's psychology
>iconic Batman comics
Take a shower user.
Because the Arkham series is just an extension of BTAS and that rarely delved into Bruce's mental state especially as the series went on. Earlier episodes did have him visit orphanages or other stuff but then they just played up the Batman bit while rarely featuring Wayne.
don't care niggerfaggot, still the best portrayal of batman outside of the comics
Batman Beyond at least is where the writers started to focus more on Batman's mental state.
Maybe in video games. BTAS Batman is still the best and Arkham Batman is based on on that version anyway.
Exactly, that's why Arkham batman is good.
Reading comics is some premium cringe, even when a kid is doing it. It's the saddest form of entertainment somehow. The only way I can imagine comic readers is that they're fucking pathetic. Normal people just watch/play the screen adaptations.
Isn’t there a section in Arkham Asylum where scarecrow fear gas causes him to hallucinate his parents in the morgue? And can’t you visit crime alley in Arkham City, where you get a taunting message from Hugo Strange? They definitely explored it before Knight.
Because you're playing a video game and he's beating people into a pulp 95% of the time.
Although it's not Rocksteady his character is different in Arkham Origins and they do explore it
there's hundreds of thousands of good comics already to read that beat many forms of entertainment, you continue being on your ignorant faggot self.
>instead of his actual true self being as a traumatized kid that cannot move on from his parent's death
Because this is a revisionist reading of a character invented and amplified in the 1980s by British writers who wanted to appear more mature and deep because their job as comic book writers embarrassed them.
>still no porn mod that sex swaps everyone but batman into a hot babe and changes the moveset to fucking
I'm still waiting on Arkham Assylum, Arkham Titties, Arkham Whorigins and Arkham All Knight Long.
>Arkham series
>boring
I wouldn’t say the games are boring. Simple? Sure. Repetitive? Also sure. But boring? Not really, it’s quite entertaining to do predator sections, combat sections get interesting later on when counter stops being the end all.
Take your own advice
There's really nothing else for them to do after City.
All that and it's still infinitely more interesting than what he originally was.
>your parent's death was not your fault
>it was your father's
the best part of batman begins was the extent it cast his parents' death as ultimately a small, immature thing he got over.
his actual true self being as a traumatized kid that cannot move on from his parent's death
haha no fag
