I mean it's Fallout 3 in New Vegas, you pretty much get what it says on the tin.
I personally enjoyed 3 as well as New Vegas so I'd say it's pretty good.

The only bitch about installing TTW from what I remember is trying to find compatibility patches for every other mod, but I did play more or less vanilla myself, except for jsawyer and a couple of other QoL/difficulty mods.
