It's literally just the same shooting system lifted from 3, animations and all, but buggier and less impactuful. Not too mention the driving is total dogshit now. I honestly don't know which game had shittier driving; this abomination or cyberpunk. The ai is worse than the original saints row, which is a game released during an era where rappers were being given game deals.

the combat is floaty, full of bullet sponges and weapons lack impact
vehicles are slow and driving offroad makes them slower, vehicle combat will have you preforming the pit maneuver on yourself
